Stunningly beautiful and fairly clean place with helpful staff. Good and stunning location in a very quiet area, adjacent to HMS Caroline, the closest bus stop and restaurants. And not very far from A 450 - ft - High Observation Tower.

This hotel was set in a central area short walk to shopping centre, USB ports and residential area. The local staff were really helpful. Overall it was brand-new and tastefully decorated, with an own bathroom.

The place was clean and staff was kind and friendly. The location turned out to be magnificent and unbeatable, just off bus stops, and a residential area. I visited Crumbs, based next to the hotel, had dinner there. I truly enjoyed very good service and would stay here again.

Recommend this awesome hotel, and would definitely book again. We stayed in a king room with heating, a multi-channel television and a clothes-hanging unit. When we arrived the host was HELPFUL. The place is 2 km away from Belfast downtown.
